Women’s Trans Femme (WTF) Public Shift

SBK hosts once-a-month WTF shifts to build a knowledge-sharing community with anyone who identifies as transgender, femme, woman, genderqueer, nonbinary, etc.

Bicycle maintenance has traditionally been an overwhelmingly (cis)male-dominated area. It is our goal to help teach individuals who have been marginalized or intimidated in this setting to be knowledgeable and confident working on their bikes.

Bring your bike to Do-It-Yourself (DIY) repair and adjustments, meet our volunteer staff, ask questions, hang out, shop parts, test ride bikes, and hang with fellow cyclists!
