This Code of Conduct & Safe Space Agreement formalizes existing SBK policies and values based on respect, cooperation, and community service. Your understanding and compliance with these policies will only help us carry out our mission of fixing bikes & helping folks. All volunteers must have signed this agreement before their first shift, and all volunteers are held accountable to these policies.
